This is a complex problem caused by a number if issues that our Library systems vendor is investigating.  In the meantime, it will help to do the following:

  • empty the cache on your computer and restart the browser - this works in a lot of cases, especially for those using Internet Explorer.

If you are still having problems, please try the following:

  • Go to the Library catalogue.  On the landing page, on the lower right side of the screen, you will see a ticked box that says "Update screen automatically."  Untick that box and continue working on the catalogue.
