If you find an item in our catalogue that is not yet available and is displaying as:
“In Process” - this means the library has received a new item and it will normally be available within a couple of days;
“On Order” - this means an item has been ordered for the Library, but has not arrived yet.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict exactly how long it will take for our supplier to fill an order. If it is an ebook, most items are available within a couple of days. If it is a physical item, most items are available within 4 to 6 weeks of ordering, though the exact time depends on the supplier, postage etc.
You may contact Library Help to be added as an interested user so that you will be notified when an item is available or simply check the Library Catalogue regularly for updates.
If you require an item urgently, contact Library Help with details as it may be possible to accelerate the process or explore alternatives.
