The Academic Integrity Program (AIP) will inform students about a range of academic integrity related concepts. Topics include ethics, Curtin's values and expectations for students, referencing, plagiarism, cheating, and misconduct processes and possible outcomes. Students are required to pass the program in their first study period at Curtin.
The AIP will take approximately two hours to complete. After working through the content, students must pass a quiz with 80% correct or more to pass the program. Students can retake the quiz as many times as they need to pass the program.
If students do not pass the program by the end of their first study period of enrolment at Curtin, their marks will be withheld until they pass. Students will see reminders to complete the AIP when they log into OASIS until they have passed it.
More information about the AIP can be found on Curtin's Academic Integrity Program webpage.
