An item will display in the catalogue as being "On Hold Shelf" when it has been requested and is awaiting collection by the requestor.

At the Robertson library, items on hold are shelved in the High Demand area on Level 2.

While an item remains on hold it is available for consultation but must remain in the High Demand area.

If the item is on hold for you it can be borrowed using the Self Service Loan machine in the High Demand area.

If you require more information about requesting library items take a look at Using the Library Catalogue LibGuide.
