There are a few ways you can get an electronic copy of a Curtin thesis, as follows:
- You can photocopy or scan a thesis if it is not held electronically. All theses are kept at the John Curtin Prime Ministerial Library, located on Bentley Campus. Theses are not available for loan and you will need to visit the Library in person to view the thesis. There is a reading room available for use should you wish to use it. If you wish to photocopy or scan the thesis, please be aware that copyright regulations apply to the photocopying or scanning of theses. As such, you can only photocopy or scan 10% of the thesis.
- You can submit your request to the National Library Copies Direct service, and they will send you a copy of the thesis at a cost. You can find their service fees here.
- You can contact the School or Department the author was enrolled with and ask if they could provide you with the author's email address. If the school provides the author's email address, you can then try contacting the author to see if an electronic copy of the thesis is available and if the author is willing to give you full access to it.
