Your account is “locked out” if you see this message:
"The reference account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to"
This can be caused by any device (e.g. phone, laptop) that has your old password saved for WIFI access.
To fix this, 'forget' or remove student-curtin and eduroam on each of your devices.
(If you need asssistance, turn off WIFI or the device and visit an Abacus Helpdesk.)
After this you still need to unlock your account by: waiting 15 minutes for your account to unlock; or calling Oasis Central on 92661222; or visiting an Abacus Helpdesk, located in 204, 303, 402, 408, 501.
For immediate printing/email access via Student Oasis only you can log in as Curtin Visitor in the Library or Abacus Labs.
